Customer service horror stories: security

So my job works with money and banks i had a man that wanted to add a bank but his account was restricted and he submitted his documents to restore his account . So he tried to add the bank and was unsuccessful and he calls in so i noticed he needed to clear his history on his browser so i asked him to do so while i started to trouble shoot his account he blew the fuck up 😔. Meanwhile the security question timer is ticking and hes already failed so i cant even help him and by that point he has now hit 7 mins screaming at the top of his lungs ( none of it nade any sense ) but as part of my job we kinda just let them scream themselves to sleep . Kind of like children . Then as the conversation progressed i am beginning to realize his ass is drunk .😂😒. Hes like i am not even cussing you out soooo the screaming is ok and overides the fact that you are not cursing me out . ( i also stayed very silent during this call mostly ) . Then the weirdest thing happened he gets silent belches and says its fixed  then he apologized and quickly ended the call 😒😒
