Single in the city : Mr unexpected part 2

Getting to learn a lot about one another he's had the kiddos often so we are holding off on dates and just communicate on the phone . However he has dropped some truth bombs on me within the last week (week of may 13th) so here we go: He's still legally married but the divorce was filed and they are in the process of dividing assets. He's still paying for the house as well as his grandmother's home who he lives with until he sells the house. His soon to be ex wife is currently going head to head with him in the divorce and is being a little difficult and not as cordial about the children. His 18 year old daughter moved in with him . There are a few things going on with him in his life so I'm taking a step back in the dating aspect with him and just being a good friend to listen as of today. Before I left for my new orleans trip a few days ago he told me he hadn't seen me in in a in a while and wanted to go out for dinner either sunday or Monday when I got off talked with him today and he's stating now he doesn't know when he can see me again because he needs to pay his bills and needs to keep it low key and maybe next weekend we could do a movie night and I cook him dinner  that's a no.
